I’m not gonna lie, I’ve had a rough couple of weeks when it comes to my diet. My food choices have been WAY off the mark. I’ve really let it slide and I’ve been mentally beating myself to a pulp because of it. The challenge is over and I’ve lost some focus. I know it’s not gone for good but I really want to get back to the crazy focus I had a couple of weeks ago.
Was looking through some old photos I have on my PC and found this old change room selfie and nearly died. Like seriously, I can’t even believe that was me. And this photo wasn’t even taken at my heaviest. I have no idea what I weighed here, but I know that it was taken in July 2010 and that my heaviest weight was noted in November 2010!
The point of this is to remind myself and you guys that just because you have a bad day, week or month doesn’t mean that you have to let yourself go back to where you started! It’s so important to remind yourself of just how far you have you’ve come so that you can focus on how much further you want to go!
