Strategy – No fizzy drinks/crisps(chips)/chocolate/cheese/pasta/junk food
Drank 2.5l water a day
This was only 2 weeks so I think a lot of it was to do with walking up and down 10 flights of stairs 3 times a day 3 days a week in college
