While I’m not exactly a fan of the above two pictures, it’s great to see how far I’ve come. I started the year weighing 330 lbs, the heaviest I’ve ever been by a large margin. I wanted to fix that so I started eating a little better. Really, it’s mostly about portion control and not going out to fast food every single night of the week. Beyond that, it’s really easy. By the time I decided to start exercising, I dropped 15 pounds, down to 315 lbs.One month ago, I started working out with the Insanity program. The first two pics are the day before I started, and the bottom two pics are today. In just one month I’ve lost another 15 pounds, and lost 3 pants sizes also. It’s a daily struggle to stay motivated, but I know it’s possible to do this. I have one more month of Insanity to go, and then I will start again. I have a long way until my goal, but I believe it will work out. And if this helps anyone at all, I’m glad and know you can do it too!
Starting Weight: 330 lbs
Current Weight: 300 lbs
Goal Weight: 230 lbs.
