When I started this thing a couple of years ago I set a ‘goal weight’ and I reached it this morning. I’m proud of myself but realised I still have a while to go. I don’t mind though because I’ve fallen in love with this lifestyle. I’m down 45kgs (100ish lbs) and now studying nutritional medicine and hoping to become a pt at some point in the future. In the mean time I’ll hust enjoy lifting my weights and eating heaps of good food.
