On the left was me about 4 years ago in 2011, on the right was me about a month ago in April, 2015. I began my weight loss journey July 2nd, 2014. It took me 7 months to lose about 78 pounds. I’m 5’6’’ and currently 207-210 pounds (It fluctuates).
I got to where I am by eating healthy and exercising at least 3 times a week, if not more. I decided to begin my journey because I was having health issues related to my weight. I knew that if I didn’t change my living standards I would end up with diabetes or something worse. I gained my life back. I can go out and ride a bike or run if I wanted to. My body is no longer holding me back in life and I’m so glad that I opened my eyes to a healthy lifestyle.
