I will never forget the Amanda in the left picture. She hated her body and abused it by overeating, self harming, and using drugs. Her self esteem was low and when she looked in the mirror she would sigh at the girl staring back at her.
I never thought I would be where I am today, standing on the right. I’ve lost 75 pounds total. I am the healthiest and happiest I’ve ever been and its because I chose to put in the hard work. Some days are easy and some are not, but I always keep going because when I remember who I was I only push harder towards my goals.
