Okay, holiday “bulking” is over and time to get back to work! lol The last photo is from Friday, 70 pounds down and before all the holiday food fun started. I was/am making some nice progress from Crossfit and running. The first picture was when I was about 15 pounds down from my heaviest weight, the second was after losing around 50 pounds. Went from a size 16 to a size 2. I still have a lot of fitness goals I want to accomplish, but i’m getting there!
