but honestly i lost most of it in the past few months..i just never used to let myself be photographed in my bathing suit.

height 5’7″

Waist: 26.5″ ( was around 33)

I started running. Well, first i started walking, with a little jogging thrown in. i would do a mile half walking half jogging, and worked my way up to jogging the whole thing over a matter of a few weeks. Then i added sprints in. One mile every morning right when i wake up, that’s my biggest secret. I still eat cake and ice cream and all that yummy stuff:) but i quit binging. Don’t binge. Its terrible for you. Brush your teeth or pluck your eyebrows or anything else. “If you can’t eat it responsibly,  don’t eat it at all”.
