thank god for puberty and weight loss right ?!
at my higgest weight i was 230lbs and to this day i weight 145lbs
i am 19 and 5 ‘8 and it took me less then a year to lose most of my weight
HOW:
- healthy living
- good sleep patern
- drinking a lot of water to help your digestive system
- eating 4 smalls healthy meals a day instead of 3 big ones – no more transformed food, no more soft or sugary drinks, less salty food, a lot of fresh vegetable and fruits paired with the right protein
- doing an intense 1 hour of cardio activity per day (swimming, riding a bike, jump ropping workout… & many more)
