I have about 60-80 lbs to go, but this side by side kind of shocked me.
SW: 280+ lbs (August 2016, left)
CW: 224 lbs (February 2017, right)
I did this with diet alone and I’d really like to start getting into the gym but it gives me a lot of anxiety. I just want to be somewhat fit and try to tighten up the looseness that’s starting to show itself. Still super proud of what I’ve accomplished so far!!
