So yeah! These pictures are one year apart but my weight loss journey has been 5 months long. So far. 🙂
I’m submitting now after having a totally crap day! I thought! I have been good, I drink lots of water and I work out 3-4 times a week with mixing weight lifting and cardio, I count my calories and have been having a slow but positive reaction to this change of lifestyle. But the other night I just fell out of it and had a lot of bad food and wine and skipped the gym and felt terrible about it. And today I woke up and thought “why?”. It wasn´t all about the bad food and wine but about being around my friends and creating memories for life. Once in a while a piece of pizza must be OK and every new day that starts is a new day of good choices and positive change. I have also stopped stepping on the scales and realizing that now I´m in a weight that fits my length and life and now I just want to feel like I´m strong and fit, maybe get some toned muscles!
