This is a before and during photo I still have a long ways to go but I’m glad I decided to make a change. I have 3 wonderful children that keep me motivated and a vacation in June to keep pushing me….im eating mainly low carb although I’m not perfect with keeping everything low carb but I’m working on it I walk everyday on my treadmill and started at 6 week at home workout…i started at 204lbs and now weigh 184 my goal is to get back to 125-130lbs and I’m 5’5″.
