I was in the process of writing some self-reflective, existential garbage which I’ve deleted to instead say thank you to everyone who has posted on here. You’ve carried me with inspiration until I was able to start this journey myself. I’m so happy that I found this page and that I’m finally in a position where I can contribute to it. Thank you.

Plan: 1200 cals/day (Feed 6x/day, protein 10-20 grams per meal) & elliptical trainer for 30 mins/day, 5-6 days/wk
I still have a long ways to go but I’m so thankful that I’ve gotten to this point.
