This is a 28 lb difference (I’m 5’4). These pictures are 3 months apart, beginning of January to beginning of April 2015. I’d like to lose another 20 lbs or so, but I’m getting there! I work out 4-5 times per week. I started out doing almost only cardio but in the past few weeks I’ve been doing 30 mins of cardio followed by 30-60 mins of weight training, depending on how energetic I feel. I cut out most junk food and started eating a lot more fruits, veggies, and protein. Remember, it’s not a diet, it’s a lifestyle.
