50+ pounds lighter. 1 year later. 5’7. Before weight 175-80Ish after weight is 135. It’s all about consistency, I eat healthy 80% of my day, but I also treat myself all the time (THERE IS NO CHEATING). I workout 5-6 days a week but always give myself rest time, Weight lifting has made a HUGE difference in tightening up my lose skin and building muscles I didn’t even know I had. I also try to eat mainly organic and GMO free foods. DRINK LOTS OF WATER!! I hope I can inspire others like me who never thought being fit and healthy was an option, I don’t want to be skinny, I want to be Fit
