I lost 50+ pounds by eating Clean 80/20, Working out 5-6 days a week, Weight Lifting 4-5 days a week and Loving Cardio! These photos are taken almost 1 Year apart and I’m Very Happy with my results so far!. (First pic is right after I had my second son). Its not a fast process but it’s worth it!
