Hello everybody!
Here is my progress to date 🙂
I am 174cm (5”7). In the first photo I am 73kg (160lbs). In the second photo I am 67kg(147lbs).
– It took me roughly 3 months to lose the weight with lots of plateaus and experimenting with works best for my mind and body!
– I began by going for a walk every morning for around 30 minutes + a weight session in the arvo for around 45 minutes.
– I cut out all processed foods except for in the weekend where I let myself eat whatever I want.
– The REAL progress came when I cut out the weekend binges though 🙂
– I started eating more protein and veggies.
