I was 134 in the first picture and am 122 in the second 🙂 it has taken me about 1 and a half months to lose the weight. I’ve done it all through portion sizing. No specific diet and no exercise. My ultimate goal weight is to be 105. My next step is starting to change what I eat and hitting the gym more 🙂
