Well i started my weightloss journey in June 2014 and since then i’ve lost around 22kg. My diet mainly consists of protein, vegetables, fruit and a bit of carbs. I try to workout 4-5 times a week for 45minutes minimum. I started by doing lots of cardio and some weigt training by myself at the gym and currently i go to bodycombat,cycing class, bodypump,GAP and pilates.
I’m still trying to lose more weight (10kg more if possible) but at a slower piece and i’m focusing more on my body fat persentage instead of the number in the scale because i know i’ve been gaining muscle and losing fat so its normal that my weight has gone up a bit.
When i started this journey my weight was around 97kg and right now i weigh 75kg (i’ve gained two kilograms of muscle).
It is such a difficult journey and it requires a lot of will power and effort but i tell you the results are totally worth it. I feel happier and healthier with more energy than ever to continue chasing my goals and achieve them.
