Hesitant to share this, as I know it will likely be accompanied by a bunch of creepy guys sending me messages. (Pls don’t, let me save you the trouble.) But this is November 2014 to February 2017. Mostly diet and cardio based, very slow going. I’m struggling to get into more high intensity interval training and workouts. It’s hard to see so many changes so quickly and then watch the changes slow down steadily until it feels they’ve come to a halt entirely. I’m ready to continue improving myself, but it’s about figuring out and scheduling how to do so.
