10 months in…I think… Well, April makes a year… so yeah lol. The hardest part about this is being consistent. There are days where I want to give up. There are days I’d rather eat the yummy food with the grease and have a soda. But I have to keep telling myself you’ve come to far to give up. You’ve got 57lbs left to be a bad bish (lol).

I finally beat my plateau. I noticed that I needed to lower my calorie intake again. I was using the calorie intake for a person who doesn’t sit at a desk all day. So I had to put it back at 1200 calories. Hopefully, this will help. I have a feeling I gained weight or I’m back at 215. It’s like that’s my favorite weight to be stuck at. But regardless, I’m going to keep trying. I didn’t gain all of this weight over night.

Pictures are amazing! If you’re on this journey. Make sure you constantly take pictures. The scale will get the the point where it won’t budge or it’ll go up. Pictures will show how far you’ve come. I love looking back at older pictures. I’m just like wow! What a difference a year…2 years make.
